Around Horizons
Galerie Mikael Andersen would like to welcome you to the opening of Eske Kath’s solo exhibition Around Horizons with new works by the artist, Wednesday 23 August 2023, 4-7 pm.
The new works in the exhibition were created during the summer of 2023, which globally were the hottest months ever recorded on earth.
Eske Kath (b. 1975) studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art (1997-2004). He lives and works in Copenhagen and his work can be found in several collections including Aros Museum of Contemporary Art in Århus, Arken Museum of Modern Art and Sammlung Essl Museum of Contemporary Art in Vienna.
Kath has also created site-specific works for Nørrebro Library, Copenhagen and the Court of Appeal in Eastern Denmark, Copenhagen.
